The room was spacious and very clean. We were very impressed with how complete the kitchen was and how well stocked ( utensils, pots, dishes, etc). I loved the "Zero" products in the bathroom. The breakfast had several options and was delicious. We appreciated all the places we could sit in the lobby and talk or play a game. The little store also was thoughtfully and well stocked.The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even texting me to see if I needed anything. Although we have stayed at many hotels, none can compare to the experience we had at your site. We only stayed overnight this time but would definitely book another stay for a longer period. Excellent overall!

The size of the suite was great. Plenty of pillows and blankets for the beds. The kitchen area allowed us to bring leftovers back for later, or eat in if we didn't feel like going out. Plenty of space to eat, work on projects etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on the first floor, very near the lobby, so it wasn't a long walk for my mom. Surprisingly, the room seemed well insulated, and we didn't hear much noise at all. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with plenty of choices. Location was great, with a strip mall next door for groceries etc, and plenty of other restaurants within a few miles.

I thought the front desk customer service at time of arrival was very professional, very sweet, very comfortable and very helpful. The evening front desk customer service was excellent. The morning check out front desk customer service was very courteous and helpful. I loved that Texas Roadhouse was next door and I received a 10% discount coupon that came in handy. I loved that there was a shopping mall right next door. Had I have been staying longer I would have had plenty of choices . I loved that travel to my destination was easy and not out of the way to travel to Koziers Christmas Village.

Check out time was generous as well, 12pm! We went in Sept, so I can't attest to pool as it was closed for the season.
